Step By Step instructions on how to return a product:

Step1:
Please contact Yaysave.com customer returns department (sales@yaysave.com) ATTN customer returns department, request a return authorization number.

Step 2:

Within 3 business days, You will receive an email with an enclosed:  return form and label.

Step 3:

Print the return form and fill it out. Place it in your package with your product.

Step 4:

Print the label and stick it on your box. Your return is now ready to go!

Return Rules:
1. A return authorization number may be requested, only within 30 days from date of purchase.
2. Product must be in its original wrapping and case as received.
3. Product needs to be in the same condition as received.
4. A fee of $5.95 will be deducted from your refund.
